Unauthorised debits and retaining of personal information without consent

I cancelled my services with rain in June,returned their router..I had a month to month plan with them..Yet they continue to debit me monthly,they refuse to delete my personal information from their mobisite and continue to use it without my consent..Emails to their support are going unanswered
