Unauthorised Debit Orders & Poor Cancellation Process - Avoid Using Debit Card!

I'm extremely dissatisfied with Rain's service cancellation process and unauthorized "debit orders". Despite cancelling my service over a month ago,

Rain:

- Failed to honour the cancellation - Double-debited me this month (R595 and R625, 5 minutes apart) - Accessed my debit card details without authorization

I never set up a "debit order" arrangement with Rain. My mistake was paying with my debit card, which somehow allowed them to retain my card details. I've logged a case of ***** with my bank as this was an unauthorized transaction!
