UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDERS!!!!! PATHETIC SERVICE

Been billed for a service that has been cancelled last year April and the router is not in use, what am I being billed for? This is very frustration to be billed for something you not using. I NEED MY MONEY BACK RAIN!!!!!
