UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDERS AFTER CANCELLING

this company is a ****, they will milk your money for the service they dont provide. i have been calling every month to cancel. and everytime they confirm that they have cancelled, then come end of the month they debit my account. they have been going in to my account without my consent....this cant be legal. I WANT MY HARD EARNED MONEY BACK. stop ******** people, saying this is a month to month contract. not only are you false advertizing, you are misleading people. and trying to call the so called contact center its a mission impossible. PAY BACK MY MONEY PLEASE....THIS IS MY KIDS MONEY....NOT YOURS....YOUR TRANSACTIONS ARE NOT AUTHORISED

what service are you talking about???? at the end of October you guys debited be twice R250 x2. and then you have the nerve to debit me again, after i have give clear instruction that i want immediate cancellation. I DID NOT AUTHORISE THE TRANSACTION ON THE 25TH NOVEMBER.... you guys are ********.....i'm taking this to the ombudsman.....you cant just go in to my account and do as you please.......I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW!!!!!!!

Rain is operating *********, who authorized that debit for the 25th Nov. dont you need my permission to run that debit? or because i trusted you guys with my banking details then you feel you can do as you please on my account. CLEARLY TRUSTING THIS COMPANY WITH MY BANKING DETAILS WAS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE!!!!! i'm going to alert everyone about your ****! people need to know that they cant trust you with their banking details, they need to know that you are false advertizing. your contract is definitely on a month to month contract. since you feel you need to charge me for the months i did not use your services. you are billing people even if they dont use the service, how is that a month to month contract?

I WANT MY MONEY, REFUND ME MY MONEY. WHEN WILL I GET BACK MY MONEY??????
