Unauthorised Debit Order & Refund Request – Account Error

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an unauthorised debit of R625 that was deducted from my account for a service that does not belong to me.

I have honoured the payment arrangement I have with Rain and have always remained true to our agreement. However, this recent deduction is for a service/account that is not mine, and I should not be held responsible for someone else’s charges.

I reported this matter to your team on 5 June 2025, and to date, no one has contacted me to resolve the issue or to process the refund. This delay is deeply concerning and has placed me in a very difficult and dangerous situation
