Unauthorised Debit order

I have requested a cancellation of your service on the 17th of January 2023 and a consultant called me the very next day to confirm this. He advised that services will be halted on the 31st of January and arrangements will be made for the device to be collected. To my surprise R739 was taken off my account and I need this back in my account ASAP because I cannot be paying for a service that works half of the time and when I need it most it does not work.

Can the funds be on my account this time tomorrow.
