UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER

I ordered a new sim from rain. Got it delivered and activated the sim card. Within a day I CANCELLED the sim card as we couldn't get any network cover. Rain refunded the original amount I paid, but then debited my account 2 weeks AFTER the first refund! Now I can't get this money back!!!!!!!!! The people responding to tickets logged on their website is USELESS!!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
