Unauthorised Debit Order

I cancelled my Rain account in June due to salary cuts , July the 15th 2021 i woke up to a debit order of 250 rand. I sent an email to support ... 2 different people responded to me without proper explanations. they asked the same stupid questions without reading the trail of the emails.

I am over this back and forth as Rain stole my money and scratched in my bank account without my authorisation some Buyiswa Gcuze is telling me it’s a payment for may Buyiswa if you can’t read or do your job move along because May was paid for .Boipuso Letsapa asked for my details and never ever responded to me , this same Buyiswa Gcuze send me a mail with a picture NO EXPLANATION I had to ask her what is it and also what did I get 1 liner answer, don’t you people look at the quality of work your staff puts out.

what’s the point of having a support team if they DONT KNOW HOW TO SUPPORT or do their jobs

I would like A RESPONSE BEFORE THE COB or ill open a case of theft

oh and please can someone with knowledge of life their job and accounts contact me please not someone who is lying in bed working from home too lazy to actually do their job and provide CUSTOMER SERVICE.
