Unauthorised debit from Rain, i don’t even use their services.
Every part of dealing with rain is terrible, all their staff are completely *********** and stupid. They have no idea how to respond to emails. As soon as you post something on hello peter, they’ll be quick to email you but will never sort out the actual issue. I’ve been having an on going argument with rain since last year December when an unauthorised debit of over R1200 went through on my account. I don’t even use rain services. Rain is honestly such a useless company, please keep my money that was ********ly deducted from my account as a donation, maybe use it to educate yourselves and all your *********** employees.

I want you guys to keep my money as a donation to your company, maybe use it for training or something useful for all your *********** staff.
Rain is a waste of time. I’m not your customer and you can’t even assist. Definitely wouldn’t recommend to anybody. Terrible customer service.
