Unauthorised debit

Yet again I am having to complain about Rain as they don't answer their phones or e-mails. Rain started taking money from me as my router broke and they said I had to pay R4000. It was supposed to be 6x monthly payments of R666.00. it has now been 8 months that they have charged me so they owe me R1330.00, since I can't get hold of them I can't correct this and if I don't pay they cut me off, this in my opinion is blatant theft.
