Unauthorised Billing from account
I cancelled my subscription with Rain last month due to poor service, they even sent a mail confirming my cancellation.Today when I checked my account I noticed that they billed me when I never used their service. I would like my money returned because I do not want your services hence why I cancelled. I tried to report directly but your chatbot and email are useless.

That cannot be because March was settled. My account based on the app states that Apr had been settled and that the services is available till 25 May. How can that be when my account is settled. I cancelled my account with you,why am I dealing with you guys after I have cancelled my subscription. Kindly pull all comms and you will see the money I have settled. I cannot understand why I am billed for a service I cancelled because I do not want.
