Unauthorised billing

I was told that I could get help here. I had a subscription with rain for months but I decided to cancel my subscription when they billed me twice. I followed up and I was told the money is nott reflecting their system I let it go. I've been billed twice this month and the sim has not been used since I cancelled my subscription. Please help
