Unauthorised attempted debits on my account.
I cancelled my Rain account on 16/45/2025.
Yesterday (15/05/2025), once again they tried to debit my account. I have sent so many emails requesting a cancellation.
One of the consultants even said they will cancel and come collect the router, no one has gotten back to me. This was in April AFTER sending so many emails and logging calls and even a complaint on Hellopeter, they called then and went silent. Today (16/05/2025), they tried to debit my account again.
This is causing me so many bank charges and is an inconvenience. Why has this account not been cancelled? Why are do they keep trying to debit my account?

17 May 2025, 07:59In April they said I owe money and I told them that I never missed payments. They asked for a 3 month bank statement, I sent them a 12 month bank statement to prove that I never missed payments.
Yet, even as this morning, attempts to debit my account are not stopping.

I paid at the end of March, and I was paying for April. Based on this "post pay" thing. I haven't used any of the sim cards and the router I unplugged since 31/04/2025.

19 May 2025, 11:41My WiFi was switched off and I did call, and they said it's either I make a Promise to Pay whilst they investigate or they would not be switched bank on.
I am willing to provide all my bank statements, dating back 2 years, to prove that I don't owe anything.
