Unathorized Debit Order

I have cancelled my subcription with Rain. I got a notification saying that it will be cancelled on thr 25th of July and the agent will call me to verify my address in order to send out a courier to collect the router. I did not receive any call as yet and i have been billed again this morning for a service that i no longer use. I have decided that i will file a lawsuit for an unathorized debit order. This is the most pathetic Internet Service Provider ever.
