Unapproved payment

I cancelled in December and they debited end of December and today again for a monthly usage payment yet they collected their device

And I must wait 24 hours for them to come back to me for my own money I must take reference number and wait

A week later and got told now by your call center it was never sent to billing and sent it now successfully and I have to wait 7 to 10 working days for my money why is that
My reference I got was #*** I fail to understand why the long wait for my money and yet it’s in your account earning interest

Still waiting fir my refund and I get a different story from different agent every time I phone or they still busy with upgrade of system
