UNACCPETABLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!
RAIN!!!!!!! PLEASE HELP ME CONNECT TO ONE OF YOUR TOWERS!!! YOUR CALL CENTRE AGENTS ARE ALWAYS TELLING ME THE TOWERS ARE DOWN AND TECNICIANS ARE ON SITE REPARING THEM!!! HOW AM I TO WORK? HOW AM I TO STUDY? UNACCEPTABLE AND SO DISAPPOINTED :(
