Unacceptably Poor Service

Don't ever consider Rain as an internet service provider unless you thrive on beyond-poor service. They will give you an unreliable connection and half or less of the speed you are charged for, they will promise you assistance from their advanced technical team when you phone their customer care as they cannot help you with anything, and that is where it will stay while you keep paying for service that you don't receive.
