I'm extremely disappointed with Rain's service. Despite paying on April 18th, I've been unable to connect to their network. The app shows my account is up-to-date, but when I try to connect, it claims I haven't paid. I've contacted them multiple times via phone, email, WhatsApp, and support emails, providing proof of payment, but they've ignored me. I've even requested a refund, but still, nothing. The lack of response and resolution is appalling. Until they improve their customer service and resolve issues promptly, I'd advise others to think twice before signing up. Signing yp with rain is inviting headache and stress.
