Unacceptable Service from Rain Internet Service provider
Why are we receiving such unacceptable service from rain?
Based on reviews as well as personal experience, rain is performing poorly and I will take this matter further with ISPA
I require my sim card to be active immediately, payment was made upfront, a below average courier service was used and subsequent to receiving the sim card and confirmation of activation, the sim is in fact inactive and not connecting.
I have sent several complaints where I have received an automated email response stating that I will be contacted however, Rains consultants have not contacted me to date (a month later).
This needs to be resolved immediately or process a refund where I am able to make use of a more reputable company.
