Unacceptable service delivery or lack thereof

Unacceptable service delivery. I ordered my uncapped 24/7 sim card last week from RAM and my sim has still not been activated even after trying to post a request for assistance reference numbers :*** and ***. The automated responses are all the same stating that an agent will come back to you with 24 to 48 hours, but nothing happens. Rain promises sim activation with 2 hours after sim card delivery.This is false advertising in my opinion and very poor service delivery. Even the responses on this platform are automated. It is pathetic that when you try to call to complain that they have yet another automated response saying that there are no agents due to the lockdown.This is a poor excuse!Many telecommunications companies have made arrangements for the lockdown to keep supplying their services.They cannot take calls to address problems with their service delivery, but they can take your money.Very upsetting!
