Unacceptable Service and Lack of Support

Im canceling and if they dont call and givce me an ourtdoor router this network is bad i need to be called and poor service iv been caling rain many times and used 100 brands airtime and no response. I am extremely disappointed with Rain's service and customer support. Today, I made two calls to Rain's support line regarding ongoing network issues. Unfortunately, neither of my calls were answered, leaving me without the assistance I desperately needed.

The network problems have been persistent and are affecting my daily activities. The lack of response from Rain's customer support team is unacceptable. I expect to be contacted immediately to resolve these issues. If I do not receive a call back and a solution soon, I will have no choice but to cancel my service with Rain.

This level of service is not what I expected, and it is frustrating to be left without support. I hope to see a prompt response and resolution.
