Unacceptable practises

Delivery of 5g router refusal on certified copy of identification. According to the delivery guy only originals are accepted, i called the rain offices and was blown off with the same story. FICA has made provision for certified copies so why they dont accept it i do not understand. I have dealt with other companies including banks who acknowledge and accept certified copies.
