Unacceptable lack of service

Whenever there is load shedding, the Rain towers go down as they do not have any battery backup which means I now have to have another an extra separate contract with another service provider. This means that I'm paying for a service thats not available for up to 8 hours a day I contacted their support on a few occasions, and they send a mail promising back up which never materializes. I called the support desk and was mailed back stating that they have no control over load shedding !!!!. Neither do I so I bought a generator. They refuse to even consider crediting me with up to 6 hours a day of no internet service. When they read this complaint they will again send me a private answer saying that they will contact me and yet they never do. Its no wonder that their trust rating on Hello Peter is only at 29%
