Unacceptable

I have been using rain for 2 yrs signals not perfect but I've not had an issue. Today no signal so I contact them. They tell me I am not suppose to have coverage and should just cancel the service. I will not accept an answer like this. You will not treat a paying customer like this. There's a lot more people in the area that uses them too without any issue on theirs right now, so this is unacceptable. I want answers
