UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INTERNET

I'm really not happy with rain!! The customer service is unacceptable. I've been trying for 3 days now!! Our internet is not working at all and we are working from home and no one is helping us to solve the problem!! There is no number to call, only by email, which is really inconvenient. We are not getting the service and internet we are paying for!!
