Unacceptable bad service internet off for 2 days
Unacceptable! Rain has disconnected me inspite of me paying my monthly account. I tried calling their support line but have been on their hold music for 9 minutes without anyone picking up. My internet has been off for 2 days know and no assistance at all? I have people working from home needing the internet and nothing.
