Unable to retract my cancellation request with Rain

I have been a Rain 5G customer since 2021. I cancelled my contract at the end of Sept 2024 as I waa moving into a new premises. In the middle of Oct I realised that I will need wufi at my new pkace, and sent a query on the Rain app to retract my cancellation. It is now 8 Nov and, I am still without wifi after nunerous qieries on the app, and phobecalls where ai held on for 6 minutes without soeaking to a human. I still want my wifi reconnected.
