Unable to migrate to 5g due to ID being ******

order no: *** I am trying to migrate to 5g Rain. All was ordered and it came to the courier company to deliver .. I understand about RICA documents. I had my id ****** and I have not been able to get a new one as of yet. I offered a certified copy of my id and my drivers licence yet Rain would not accept it not to mention I have been a loyal customer of Rain since Feb 2018. Furthermore, they told me unfortunately there is nothing they can do I am not able to Migrate to 5g without an original id. They did not even offer an alternative. I again am aware of Rica papers that are needed.
