Unable to make contact with Rain

I have a SIM card with Rain now for about 3 months. I'm able to make call and send SMS's but I dont get any SMS's send to my number.

The reason for the one star is that I cannot get in contact with them at all. When I app**** for the product they were very quick to call me. The contact number I found just rings and theres no other means of contact.
