Unable to log onto Rain Network

In the beginning when my sim was delivered i was very impressed with the service, now that its lockdown, we are told to email to support for any issues we have, which i can understand, but i have logged a query before and to date nobody got back to me, i had to do my own troubleshooting and eventually got connected. since last night i have another issue of been unable to log onto the network now im wondering if anybody will respond to my query
