Unable to download statements

I tried to download my invoices from March 2022 - February 2023 for Tax purposes however I continuously get an error that a statement is being generated but nothing happens. I have sent rain an email on the 18 July 2023 requesting that the statements be emailed to me however I have received no response. I had logged a call (Ref ***) stating the problems experienced and once again requesting that the statements be emailed to me and I received nothing.
