Unable to contact
I have now been trying to get ahold of rain for the past 2 days, calls to their call centre keeps dropping and the one time i was able to talk to someone she hung up.
My wifi has been off for 2 days. Fix this or cancel the service cause at this point what am I paying for ?

13 May 2025, 10:47When you called me I answered and there was a few seconds of silence and the call got hung up. I also tried calling your offices twice yesterday. attempt one I spoke to a guy that said he cant do anything about it . attempt 2 I spoke to a lady that kept on telling me the problem would be fixed by restarting the device, and then proceeded to hang up. Do you not think that now on day 3 of having the same issue I would have already restarted the device a couple of times? also why would I not answer your calls when I have been trying to talk to you - its funny how you are very quick to respond here but you cannot respond to my emails or answer my calls . I am still waiting to be contacted
