Unable to communicate to Rain via all their channels

Tried to get hold of Rain5G since 12 Apr 2020 via email, tel no and messenger. I received reference number (997200). This is questions before opening an account, but unable to speak to someone to resolve my questions. Now i am very concern how will you get hold of them if there is a problem
