Unable to Cancell

I have been trying to cancel rain for days now, and no progress. I took rain late december 2024 and was promise an UPLOAD SPEED OF 100MBps and DOWNLOAD SPEED. This was false advertising, the maximum speed it reach was 1mps for both upload and download. So after a few days i called rain for cancellation, they said they will refer me to someone, they never did so i made sure there was no money in the account, finally they called an asked why i havent paid, i told them their service never worked and they have promised me a cancellation, the lady said i should pay the remain amount"R1025" which is unfair becouse their service did not work in the first place, but i paid that amount and they said they will start cancellation process. Since then i havent heard from them, Mind you i have stop using rain completely their Router is packed and ready for collection, am not going to pay for February i need rain cancelled and for them to take their Router.
