Unable to cancel subscription

I need to cancel the my plan: rainOne 101 Rain subscription. I've been logging onto my profile and clicked request cancellation, however, nothing is happening on the page. I spoke to Patricia lady who transferred me to their Support team - 58 minutes and 8 seconds later, and still no assistance. Account number: ***2
