Unable to cancel and get refund that was promised!!! STOP debiting my account

I have not has service with RAIN for almost 6 months now, a SIM card was not delivered to me. I have since requested a cancellation and refund of all premiums since i was not using their network. I called and spoke to a gentleman who promised a refund. I sent my bank details as requested REF number ***3.via email 9 October. I received a *** from their back office Carlisle that the refund had been approved. But i still have not received a payment.

Crazily instead of paying back my money I got a call from a courier who wanted to deliver my SIM swap, something I did not request.

I want to cancel and get a refund.

I have so many reference numbers ***508388

Just 2 days ago, I called their call centre and spoke to a rude lady , who said I had arrears and they could not cancel my account with you, which shocked me. Worse I still do not have a SIM card or service, yet I am being billed every day, which means I get rejected fees, as I now use a different account to avoid deductions from RAIN.

I would like to cancel my service with you, and request a reversal/refund of all the premiums whilst I have not used your network(as you will clearly be able to see on your records)
