Un-shaped...uncapped...no throttling ...... my left chee****!

I got this back in July2019 at first it was amazing, thought I had made the best decision switching to them but after the first 7 free days speeds from 35+mbps dropped to a measly 4 to 5 mbps.

Reported the issue and it got bumped back up to 10 to 15 mbps which I could survive with but literally a few days later the speeds dropped reported the issue again and it's always the same automated response then you get a clown reading from a script and responding based of that asking the same questions all the time and my response is always the same I ONLY USE YOUR SERVICE AT MY PLACE OF RESIDENCE ITS ALWAYS BEEN LIKE THAT how was the speeds so good when I first got it then drop so low all of a sudden.

It's quiet clear these are sales techniques and marketing skeams give them the best speeds in the first couple of weeks and drop it drastically to accommodate for new customers making as much profit possible as quickly as possible. Cancelling my service.
