Un ethnical behaviour
Been with Rain for years, was totally shock that you can’t get out of the month to month agreement. They just carry on billing for service not used. It seems there are no humans only bods which are totally glueless and repeat the same sentence over and over
Be careful as Rain got no business integrity. There customer service are shocking . They can ashamed of themselves

04 May 2025, 07:15You are lying…. I’ve sent emails, tried to call which is problematic as you can’t go further than your iID. Then went to watsapp you rep**** with ref number on email. And nothing further happened . I cancelled then on your app in vain
Where is the ethics of this company. . I’m struggling now for months. Let a human call me.
