I am extremely disappointed with Rain Network's service. Despite canceling my account four months ago, they have continued to debit my account each month. I recently canceled again just last month, but to my frustration, I was debited once more. This is completely unacceptable and feels like *****ulent activity.

I have contacted customer service multiple times, yet there has been no proper communication or resolution. I demand an urgent refund for the payments debited after cancellation.
