Did you not read the part where I said this was not my account??? Why do I have a responsibility to update card details when I have no account with you to begin with? I am telling you I made a once off payment for my mother's account and she was told she would need to pay month to month, nothing about money being debited from her card, let alone mine. The otp I accepted was for a once off purchase.

So you store our details on your website without our knowledge? And then make it our responsibility to remove them, does the same popia regulations not require that you as a merchant disclose that you will be storing their card details? It's safe to say your company takes no accountability and will clearly not be doing anything about storing my card details *****ulently.
