****ty Wifi

I've phoned in before the new month started to cancel my wifi with rain but yet yesterday Rain took money out of my account without my consent. I have called in number times to state that I want my refund but their agents keep hanging up on me whenever I express my dissatisfaction. ILL SAY IT AGAIN I WANT MY REFUND BECAUSE I NEVER WANTED TO CONTINUE WITH THIS ****TY WIFI. I've never approved any payments for money to be taken out of my account. I made it clear to one of the agents that I want to CANCEL this wifi. Even when I didn't even get a refund for the days that I didn't get a proper service in the previous month they would rather tell me I used over 300gb which I know is not true because I could never use it when I was at home. I'm sick of this consent issues with that *** wifi I want my refund now for this month of August which I never approved a payment. I never set up debit orders but yet they still deducted money out of my account and left me with nothing.
