****ty service provider

Rain is *********** besides having ****ty network. I logged and incident back in July on the portal and then I called numerous times asking for assistance regarding my router, everytime I call they promise to send a technician now the device is not working at all I am leaving the network I do not advice anyone else to join all their agents know is to keep saying they are sorry but not solve the actual problem!!
