****ty service

Rain has poor service with their network that is always not available 5 time out of 7 days a week. Even when you log a support call. No one calls or attends to your query unless you bring them sales and it is time for them to bill. I work from home and their poor service makes me miss deadline so I have to have a back up plan everyday if not I will loose my Job. I'm really disappointed and disgusted with what their doing to their customer. Never have I ever receive such a ****ty service from any company like them. Clearly they don't care if we loose our way of living or not, to them it's all about sales.
