I am back here to complain about rain yet again.

First they refuse to change my payment date been asking for this for months, I’ve made multiple requests and the bot always tells me it’s been changed when fit hasn’t.

Their WhatsApp line only works when they are reminding you to pay, after refusing to change your payment date

Their ****ty network that indicates Blue on the router but isn’t working at all even after rebooting 1million times
