****ty opertaor and horrible support service!!!!

Worst service provider, makes their packages seem amazing you uograde their packages and their services and networks are super****, with loadshedding their so called 5g towers dont have back up generators meaning that when u sig. Up for the 5g and u have loadshedding u are *****ed as theres no internet at all, yes at all because they sim cards are only programmed for 5g network so if 5g is down u cannot bounce onto 4g or 3g stupidest bull**** i ever heard... Any way im 2 days i wasted R700 on data to get work done and over R300 of my airtime on calls just to be told theyd escalate my issue and get back to me and yes the support people even made promises to call back and have my issues sorted... Another issue they give u a modem and then have the nerve to tell u to search your house for the best signal when u call them theu actually tell u to put it outside or by a window or upstairs like ***, i pay for your service not for my to play with the modem as if we back in 90 footsek and im playing eith a bunny arial to watch tv... Please rain wake up and stay wpke ur service is pathetic your support is pathetic and your network is pathethic sadly the higher your plan the ****ter your service and network yet costs more!!!
