The network connection is garbage, we using the 5G and it's ****e every month it stops working for a week and it's the same problem ever since we got it in May and no one has come or we don't get assistance. Personally I'm not using rain, it's on behalf of my family and I'll never use rain and everyone else reading this, SHOULD NOT USE RAIN it's a waste of service and money
