Took my money after cancelling their services due to bad network,I cancel their services three month ago and I connected the Wifi to confirm it’s disconnected and it was disconnected. Three months later they make a payment out of my account twice for R675 and R955. I called them to query this they told me that yes they can see I cancelled their services but it was miraculously reversed and as always it was not them and I never reversed the cancellation. They told me this will be referred to retention and someone will call which never happened, had to call them again and was advised a manager will get back to me. Knowing rain that will never happen and I’m not getting my money here. Such a ****ed up company
