Two deductions in one month .. Stay away from Rain

Worst Service !! Two Debits in one month !!!! My network was cut this morning requesting that I pay R250 on top of the R499 I pay monthly (Which for this month I paid on 25th Jan) I called them, the lady said The R499 was for the previous month and I am on The future plan. Thank God for the email I received with the reference number.
