Turnaround time sucks

I ordered my sim with Rain on the 15th of December and delivery was supposed to be on 21st but the courier company called to advise there has been a delay unfortunately. I called Rain to enquire and the lady I spoke to gave me a reference no ***9 and said they will respond within 2 hours and that was before 12pm today and I still have not received any feedback from Rain. I cannot be waiting for a week for delivery on something I have paid and should already be enjoying
