As I was an irate client due to bad connection services, I would like to thank Tshikane-Abel Namuramba for his excellent service in these past weeks and assisting me. He has been off great help and would recommend Rain to retain such assets within it's organisation because without him this would have gone far beyond an ISPA complaint.
